Refund policy

Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to send your items back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number on paper inside the packaging.

We accept returns for most items apart from socks or any products that have a disclaimer about us not accepting returns in the product's description.

Return Shipping

We do not cover the cost of return shipping on the way back to us. In the event of an exchange, we will cover shipping on the way back to you. Exchanges are not offered for orders with a shipping address outside of the United States.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on items that: 

  • are marked "Blem"
  • mention that we don't accept returns in their product description
  • are socks
  • are sale items
  • are gift cards

Free Items

A free or "gift" item is added to an order as incentive to reach a certain order value. If a partial order is returned to us for refund which brings the order's net sub total below the threshold needed for the free gift, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.

For example: A free gift sticker with a $1 value is included in a $100 order where $100 is the free gift threshold. If the entire order is returned to us for refund without the sticker, $99 will be issued as a refund.

We value our socks at $12 and base layers at $25.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Original shipping costs associated with an order will not be refunded in the event of a return. We are also unable to refund cross border fees for international orders such as duties and taxes that were collected when the order was placed.

 

Freight Forwarders

If you are using a third party freight forwarder, we will not be held responsible for failed deliveries and lost shipments at the freight forwarding location or further into the shipment's journey.
