The true value of a good garment is its absence. For me, the best cycling kit is the kit I don’t notice while riding. The Black Bibs have given me a level of comfort I haven’t experienced even with bibs costing three to five times as much. Poorly designed bibs remind you of their presence every few miles through discomfort and irritation. My Black Bibs simply disappear. To me, that’s the ultimate measure of a great pair of bibs: they let me focus on the ride, not what I’m wearing.

My 20 yr old son got these as his first bibs. So far they are great! He likes the shorter leg length and the chamois is an improvement over what he had.

Great choice for bibs. One of the few companies that offer a short style. I'm 5'8, 175 lb. Almost all bibs are too long for me. Because these bibs come in short, they fit great. The chamois great. The fit is very comfortable. Make sure you order one to two sizes bigger for a better fit. I went with two sizes larger. It worked perfect.

Ultimate Short Inseam Bibs. I wore them this morning on a 38 mile road ride. No issues with the chamois or the rest of the garment. They performed perfectly. I have another one year old pair ready to wear tomorrow.
