Good quality, snug, a good length, thick enough to provide some warmth. I'm 5' 9", scrawny but not a toothpick, and I went for size Small. Seems about right. I've been riding size small Blackbibs, too, for a coupla years.

These are thick enough to be warm, unlike some other budget brands. They stay up well, too, thanks to a continuous band of silicon gripper.

I got the small size. The website doesn't give the dimensions, which are:

length: 18 in.
wrist: 6 1/2 in. circumference
bicep: 9 in. circumference
