Overview:

We've refined the Ultimate Bib with an updated panel layup built for better fit and long-term durability. The new construction uses flatlock stitching throughout and no extra size tag, creating a smoother feel against the skin.

The straps get an upgrade too. Now a hybrid of lightweight mesh and supportive compression fabric. The Ultimate V2's are breathable where you want it, structured where you need it, all designed to stay put without digging in.

The pad is the same DR Pad from the original Ultimates; Triple density 80-95-120 kg/m3; Thickness is from 2-15mm with a carbon antistatic layer for increased comfort; Color on the pad varies.

For reference, the model in the photos is 5'11" wearing a size large. They are 185lbs inseam 32.

A BB homerun

Been a BB fan for a long time. Have several kits from previous years still in the rotation. Including the V1 BB ultimate. The new V2 is a welcome addition to my kit library.
The new material on the straps feels great. Allows for more movement. No annoying rubbing or feeling constricted. Leg grippers keep in place and the pad is as comfortable as I remember. No discomfort on long days. Well done Black Bibs. Money well spent.

They keep getting better!

I have SOOOOOOO many shorts & knickers from The Black Bibs. They're all soooooo good. They are comfortable for a short ride and a long day in the saddle as well. I didn't think you could improve them. Then I got the Black Bibs Ultimate V2. You took a great product and made it even better.

These have been great

These have been great. They truly don't pull on my shoulders like the video said. They are very comfortable and have a good fit.

I was hoping for more long-ride comfort based on how these are advertised but truthfully, the chamois is good for about two hours until it gets flat and creates odd pressure points.

Worth three times the price

I own bibs from every high-end manufacturer. The black bibs are by far the most comfortable, for fitting and best performing I have ever owned. I will never wear a different pair of bibs ever again.
