I have shorts from 5 different brands, from big-name to no-name, as well as a couple of $200+ bibs, and these shorts are still my go-to for long rides. The chamois is great, providing zero discomfort even after 4 hours on the bike, while the fabric and cut of the shorts holds everything in place comfortably. I love the high waist, which provides a secure fit with no waistband discomfort, and completely eliminates the need for bib straps. The shorter inseam is great for the summer, or for wearing under shorts or pants in cool weather. These are better than bibs & shorts that I have tried at twice the price. I highly recommend them. If bib straps bother you on long rides, these are the perfect solution. Even if you are used to bibs, these are worth adding to your rotation.

After 1 year there is a hole in the seat and the stitching that holds in the padding is coming apart. Fit is nice and pockets are great.

I received the adventure shorts earlier this week. I used them for a short ride while local temperatures allowed outside riding. I found the shorts well built, the pad comfortable, seams perfect, and the length to my favor. A comment about size, I ordered the shorts based on the size guidelines. I did find the small shorts to be a bit tight in the waist and legs. I always order size small so the tightness was surprising. I like the design and plan to use them for extended days.
