Based on the first few rides with my first pair, I purchased a second pair. Enough said!! Generally, with a waist that measures between 32 and 33, my sizing can be either medium or large. The large fits perfectly, probably due to the bib's compression. The padding is perfect: neither too thick nor too thin. The final factor in my rating is that I used these while riding the Steamboat Springs 60-mile ride with no chafing, just a little dab of chamois butter. My only negative is that I wish Black Bib went tagless. Not a deal breaker.

Love the chamois! The bibs are great too. My only complaint, as a bigger rider (XL fits great in the legs), is the straps seem a bit short. Maybe it's my bourbon belly is contributing. Added about 2.5 inches of length by sewing in an old sweatband and they are perfect now (just a bit wonky looking)!

I never got along well with the chamois in the ultimate cargo bibs but I liked the fit and price point. The EI chamois solves that problem and feels like a premium bib short at much lower price. These are seriously great. I wish the chamois was taller in the front like some other brands for some extra modesty, but the fore/aft placement of the cham works well for my semi-aggressive position and is comfortable on all of my bikes. I'll be back for more I'm sure.

I LOVE the E.I Limited bibs. The fit and quality is top notch. If I didn't know any better, I'd assuming I was wearing a $200+ set of bibs. They are comfortable for all day rides and the pockets allow convenient storage for nutrition. This is my third pair and I'll certainly be buying more.

I’ve been a fan of Black Bibs products for several years, since my first $40 bib. These are the best fitting and most comfortable yet, and I do really like the color. I should have bought more than one!
