We’re glad to process exchanges and returns for unworn (you may try on with underwear) apparel within 14 days of receipt. We can't take back washed or worn on the bike clothes (would you want something that smells like someone else's detergent?). For our full return policy, click here.

We don't process exchanges for international orders due to the increased shipping and duties cost but we will accept returns. Items marked "Blem" or "ColorLab" are not eligible for return.

Why only 14 days?

We’re a very small brand and as you may have notice we often sell out of our popular pieces so we’d like to have our inventory on hand to ship to other customers. If you need an extension please email us and we can work with you.

Can you send me a return label?

We do not pay for return shipping or send return labels. We do this to try to dissuade orders of multiple pieces that end up with half or more coming back due to size. We’re always glad to discuss size and don’t want our $40 bibs to become $50 bibs because we have to pay for return shipping for size try ons.

How long do returns take to process?

Typically, we process returns within the same business day that they arrive at our office. Exchanges are shipped out immediately after processing.

How are exchanges shipped?

We ship all exchanges via USPS first class or priority depending on weight.

How long will it take for a refund to appear in my account?

We issue the refund as soon as we process your return but refunds can take up to 10 days to process depending on your payment method.
