Shipping

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority, USPS First Class, and UPS Ground to the United States. Most orders are shipped the same or the next day. Occasionally we’ll have a delay due to work load so we can’t guarantee. If you are trying to get your order in hand for a specific event let us know and we’ll do our best to get it out quickly. Shipping is from our headquarters in Roanoke, VA.

International shipping is carried out via DHL Express. All duties and fees are calculated and collected at checkout for orders coming from outside the United States.
